Bombay Bicycle Club veröffentlichen im Januar ihr neues Album „Everything Else Has Gone Wrong“
Bombay Bicycle Club haben weitere Details zu ihrem kommenden Album bekanntgegeben: Das fünfte Album der Band mit dem Titel „Everything Else Has Gone Wrong“ wird am 17. Januar erscheinen und elf neue Tracks enthalten.
Sänger Jack Steadman erklärt den Titel wie folgt: „This is an album for anyone who’s ever turned to music in a time of need. It’s about the solace one can get from listening to music or playing music. For me personally it’s about the frustration of not being able to express myself to others, of leaving conversations feeling dissatisfied and misunderstood but relying on music to communicate.“
Fünf Jahre sind vergangen, seit Bombay Bicycle Club ihr letztes Album „So Long, See You Tomorrow“ veröffentlicht haben. Nach vier Alben hatten die vier Londoner erst mal genug und legten ihr Projekt 2016 für unbestimmte Zeit auf Eis. Bereits Anfang September erschien mit „Eat, Sleep, Wake (Nothing But You)“ die erste Single aus „Everything Else Has Gone Wrong“.
