Mit dem Video zur Single „Come Down On Jupiter“ kündigen The Orielles ihr zweites Album an. „Disco Volador“ wird es heißen und im Februar des kommenden Jahres erscheinen.
Über „Come Down On Jupiter“ erzählt die Band folgendes: „It is as much a song as it is a narrative that soundtracks a space flight, right through from the ominous introductory sounds of the grand piano to the Lizzie Mercier Descloux -Esque ‘thrift shop cowboys’ group chants towards the end, which diffuse the tension of the wig out preceding it.“
The Orielles sind eine britische Gitarrenpop-Band aus Halifax in North Yorkshire, England. Sie besteht aus den Schwestern Sidonie B (Drums) und Esmé Dee (Bass, Gesang) Hand-Halford sowie Henry Carlyle Wade an der Gitarre und Keyboarder Alex Stephens. Sämtliche Bandmitglieder sind um das Jahr 2000 geboren; ihr Debütalbum „Silver Dollar Moment“ erschien im Februar 2018 und hinterließ großen Eindruck bei der Musikpresse und den Hörern der Band.
