Friska Viljor präsentieren ihren neuen Song „My Band“
Nach über einem Jahr voller schlechter Nachrichten, mehren sich ja derzeit die Lichtblicke – und nun gibt es auch ein Lebenszeichen von Friska Viljor. Die beiden Schweden haben den ersten neuen Song seit ihrem todtraurigen Album „Broken“ vor über zwei Jahren veröffentlicht.
„My Band“ ist ein typischer Friska-Viljor-Track und dürfte die meisten ihrer Anhänger glücklich machen und die Vorfreude auf die Post-Corona-Zeit enorm steigern. Das dies nur der Anfang einer neuen Runde voller bittersüßer Tracks ist, deuten sie in einem Post auf ihren Social-Media-Kanälen an:
Hi everyone. After this strange and dark year we’ve reached the point where we feel the need to write and release new music. We have so much thoughts and feelings that needs to come out, and what better form than through new songs? Instead of doing a traditional album we want to release each song as soon as it’s done. We think that this way of working will give us a boost of creative energy, and as a bonus keep the relationship with all of you alive during the whole year instead of just during a short period.
